Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor based in Chiswick, West London, offering 1:1 personal training, strength building, body re-composition, mobility, fitness assessments and tailored coaching. I work with clients at home, in local gyms as well as in corporate spaces, providing personalized training designed around individual goals, needs and ability. I teach group fitness including BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyBalance and Reformer, and deliver corporate Yoga and Tai Chi wellbeing experiences across London.
